The city park Suan Buak Haad in Chiang Mai is next to the Wat Puak Hom on the Bam Rung Buri Rd. This is the onliest possibility in old CM to relax a bit from the busy town. On the entry to this nice park in north Thailand you can buy some local food, drinks and rent a matte to sit on the grass between the birds and the small lakes here. Many people come for jogging, walking or to relax. The Suan Buak Haad Park let you forget the traffic of Chiang Mai for a while and is a good option to hang around surrounded by big trees.
