The Swiss Hotel in the Chulia street is a good accommodation for all backpackers who travel on budget trip and like to stay in the heart of Georgetown on Penang island in Malaysia. The room appointments are old and the hotel saw for sure better times but I paid just 17 Ringit for a single room (double room 25 Ringit). The Swiss hotel Penang is save and the staff will help you for further travel destinations and transport. The rooms are quiet because the guest house is not direct on the road.
