Hotel Riu Yucatan
The Hotel Riu Yucatan belongs to the Riu Resort at Playa del Carmen on the Caribbean Sea. This 5 Star All Inclusive is direct on the perfect white beach of this tropical area. The Riu All Inclusive is perfect for all who want the best at their holidays. 24h all kind of food, Snacks, Cocktails and other beverages. The pool bar will give you refreshment while the hot houres under the Mexican Sun. But don´t forget your Sun crème nr 50+! The luxury rooms are all with Air Condition, own luxury bathrooms, mini Bar, TV, Telephone… The City of Playa del Carmen is just a short way by taxi or bus. Inside this Riu Resort are a small shopping walking street where you can buy souvenirs, beach wear and much more, everything what you need for a great holiday in Mexico. On the desk of the booking office you will find scuba diving, day trip and travel information’s from many destinations around Yucatan. The Hotel with all inclusive service “Riu Yucatan” at Playa del Carmen in Central America is the right choice for tourists who don’t want to make compromises on their holidays. You can relax, read a book or go swimming in one of the swimming pools or in the warm water of the sea. I stayed here for about one week on my Mexico Vacations in 2005. After one week we traveled to Cancun by Bus to the Hotel Riu Las Americas on the Rivera Maya. Room at Thai Hotel
The Thai Hotel is located at central Nakhon in South Thailand. This Hotel have rooms with air condition, TV, Fridge and an own warm shower for a Guest House price. We paid 270 Baht on our Thailand Travel Tour 2006 for a double room with a nice panoramic view over the hills of Nakhon Si Thammarat. At the reception you can order some snacks, fresh coffee and other beverages. The Thai Hotel in not far from the train station, this is a big plus for all Travelers and Backpacker who travel by Train. Opposite of the Guest House are the Rock 99 Restaurant which offer local and western food and cocktails till late at night. This is a good accommodation to explore the center of Nakhon. The Thai Hotel offer clean and quiet rooms for a good price. It’s a good accommodation for people on budget Travel Tour.
Breeze of Pai
The Breeze of Pai Guest House is direct in the center of the small village Pai in north Thailand. The Bungalows are surrounded of a tropical garden with big banana trees and other exotic flowers. The Huts with Air Condition was 500 Thai Baht and the Rooms with fan 350 at August 2008. All rooms have a comfortable King size bed, a hot water bathroom and a balcony. Next to the River of Pai are a wooden chill out lounge with hangmooks for relax from the travel stress or read a good book under huge trees which spent shadow. Breeze of Pai is a family management guest house. The friendly owners are always open for travel questions for Thailand and Southeast Asia. A good Restaurant is just next door. The Family House serves delicious food; fresh fruit shakes and have a laundry service. It was a nice holiday at the Breeze of Pai accommodation in Thailand’s Mae Hong Son province. It’s the right choice for all travelers who like a quiet and peaceful place on their way through Asia.
Hotel Riu Palace
The Riu Palace in Cancun is one of the top hotels in Mexico on the Rivera Maya. the huge first class hotel offer suits with five star comfort and a good service on the desk. The riu All Inclusive pack include a big buffet with all kind of international and Mexican food. For a la carte fan´s here are 5 theme Restaurants as well inclusive. The Jacuzzi’s with view over the Caribbean Sea are perfect to enjoy a fruit shake or a cocktail under the hot tropical sun of Cancun. The friendly service at the reception will help you with all kind of travel tour and day trips booking and other activities like scuba diving around Yucatan and hole Mexico in Central America. The hotel Riu Palace Las Americas is not the cheapest but one of the best choice if you like luxury and club holidays with much comfort. I have bin here around one week on my Yucatan vacations in 2005. I enjoyed the perfect service the the delicious food on the white beach. The hotel beach is a big plus, just some meters in the water are a some corals which are perfect for snorkeling. Next to the swimming pool are a scuba school where you cant rent snorkel gear which is as well including the all inclusive of this accommodation in Cancun. Just on the other side of the street are a shopping mall which invite for a walk or a shopping tour after dinner with view on the setting sun on the horizontal of the Caribbean sea at the bay of Cancun. It was a nice holiday here at Riu Las Americas on Yucatan. This is the right address for honeymoon and all tourists who like the total luxury accommodation. For cheaper Guest Houses for Backpacker and Travelers take a look in your guide book for America. My recommendation is the Lonely Planet for Mexico.
The waterfestival in Thailand is the new year of the Moon calender. The locals celebrate Sonkran on the 13th, 14th and 15th of April every year. Traditional the thais drop some good smell liquit over holy Buddha and King statues at temples and at home. Young Monks “bath” the hands of the older ones to show respect. At this three days in nearly every city in Thailand is a big water festial. If you want to be dry, better you stay at or hotel or guesthouse. The better way is: let your camara, mobile, passport and all important thinks at home and celebrate toghether with the Thai locals the Sonkran Festival. It will be a lot of fun! This year was my 3th Songkran in Thailand. In 2006 I went to Patong Beach on Koh Phuket where the tourists bargirls and backpackers did a big water spectacle till late at night. 2007 I was on Koh Chang at Thale Bungalows, there it was much more relaxter. This year I have bin with my Girlfriend in Pai in Thailands Mae Hong Son Province. All three days we spent at Stone Free Bungalows. Here in the north the hole village will entertain you till you completly wet.The biggest Songkran celebrations are Chiang Mai and Bangkok. This South East Asian Festival is a good possibility to learn something about Thai Culture. If you stay in the middle of April in Thailand, try it out! Buy a Watergun or a bucked and mix yourself under the locals to celebrate the Waterfestival.

Yummy Hut Restaurant
Yummy Hut is a small and good Restaurant at Klong Prow Beach on Ko Chang in Thailand. The Round about 60 square meter cosy Restaurant offer a good choise on Western and Thai Food. Her is everything fresh and not out of a can. The family who owned the Yummy Hut Restaurant is really friendly and try the best to make your dinner to the best on your holidays. The little Restaurant on Koh Chang in Thailand offer world class Spring rolls, everything home made. To the Chinese Springrolls I recommend a chicken salad and a fresh fruit shake or a Chang Beer in the evening. Yummy Hut is located at the Klong Prao Beach not far from Nid’s Kitchen which is as well a good address for authentic Thai food. I like the atmosphere at Yummie, the bamboo furnitures and the Coconut Palm Leave roof give a feeling of a Beach Hut Restaurant. Try it out and enjoy the good and fresh Thai food at Yummy Hut on Koh Chang, it will be a highlight of your vacation.
Nid's Kitchen on Koh Chang
Nid’s Kitchen is an authentic Thai food Restaurant at Klong Prao Beach on the tropical Island Ko Chang in the Gulf of Thailand. Here by Nid you get a Jamaica Rastafari feeling because of the sandy bottom, the Reggae music, bamboo furnitures and the owner who look a bit like Bob Marley. The small acoiciations on the walls give a great Beach atmosphare. The food is cheap and very delicious here at Nid’s Kitchen on Koh Chang. My absolute favourit dish at Nids Restaurant is the Fried Baracuda Steak with garlic, pepper and rice. The owner and chief of the Restaurant and Pub at Klong Prow Beach is a realy friendly and funny person who like to make jokes, play african drums, dancing to the Reggae Music and make fire shows in front of the Restaurant. I feel always like at home here at Nid’s Kitchen in Thailand, it’s a nice surounding for a Dinner you will never forget. Here you will find the best Baracuda Fish Steak on the Elephant Island in the Gulf. After Dinner you get some fresh fruits and sometimes a Sangsom Rum round who invite you to drink some more Chang or Singha Beers and listen to the chill and Marley music.
Oodie's Brothers @ Kai Bae
The Oodie’s Brothers Pub on Thailands 3th biggest Island Koh Chang is located direct in the Tourist Village Kai Bae Beach. The Restaurant is famous for the Italian Pizza and Pasta. But many customers come as well for the live music at Oodies Brothers stage. Music artists play every evening nice Live Music, the genre is mixed of Reggae, Blues, Classics and many more. Here you can relax and listen to good music under the moon of Thailand during drinking a pitcher of Chang Draught Beer or Dine by a glass of wine. My favorite at Oodie’s Brothers at Kai Bae Beach on Ko Chang is the Calzone Pizza. The price are good for that what you get and the service is fast and friendly. A nice option to go out at holidays on the Island in the Gulf of Thailand. I like the evenings here, start with Dinner and after eat a pitcher Beer for listen to the good music at the second Oodie’s Bar on Koh Chang.
Bang Bao Beach
The Restaurant “The End Beach” is located at south Koh Chang on the last public Beach in this direction. The location is fantastic: hammock’s, bamboo chairs under the tropical sun next to the warm Gulf of Thailand. The tables of the Restaurant are under Coco’s Palms with view on Bang Bao Bay and the pier with the lighthouse in the end. The Beach at Bang Bao is a nice option for day trips on the Asian Island Koh Chang in old Siam for Tourists on Holidays and Backpacker on Travel Tours who want to see a paradise Beach. Next to The End Beach Restaurant is a Massage studio where you can relax by a Oil or Thai Massage during you listen to the sound of the sea. The best way to reach The End Beach in Bang Bao on Ko Chang is by Motorbike or Taxi. For Taxi service you need to call or take a walk to Bang Bao Pier which is about 1,5 kilometers away. Next to the pier are mostly free taxis who go to nearly every Destination on the Island in Thailand. My favorite here at The End are the fried rice and of course the fresh fruit shakes which are perfect on a hot day surrounded of a tropical paradise Beach with the turquoise blue Gulf and the Hot South East Asian Sun. Here at Bang Bao Holiday dreams become true. Check it out, you don’t will forget this day on Koh Chang in Thailand.
The New Tree House on Long Beach
The New Tree House is a nice Restaurant and offer accommodation on a perfect Bay with a beautiful tropical beach on Koh Chang’s East Coast in Thailand. The small and simple Bamboo huts are really cheap and a perfect choose for Backpackers and Travelers. Here on Long Beach is nothing, just the New TreeHouse, the Gulf of Thailand, a white paradise Beach, cosy Bungalows and nice people from around the World on their Travel Tours through South East Asia. The menu of The TreeHouse Restaurant on Koh Chang offer Yummies Thai and Falang food for a good price. The dishes are huge here at TreeHouse, so the right choice after Traveling. My favorite are the delicious Fruit shakes. The best way to come here for a day trip is by Motorbike, if you are a good driver. The streets from Salak Phet and Long Beach are not that developed than in Europe or the Main road of Koh Chang but still it is possible to come here. The street is ok when you have a strong Motorbike or drive alone. If you want to stay here you can take a taxi from the TreeHouse on Lonely Beach which leaves in the morning or make a deal with a taxi driver of the “normal taxis”. The Treehouse on Ko Chang is a good option for Travelers or Tourists who looking for a cosy beach hut direct on the sea surrounded of a quiet bay with a perfect beach in Thailand.
